**Job Title**: Telephone Operator (Female)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and manage the EPBX (Electronic Private Branch Exchange) board of any brand.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
- Direct calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain call logs and records.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting callers with their inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of operating EPBX systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and prioritize tasks.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Education Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience with EPBX systems is mandatory or an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
