**Job Type**: Full-time
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information to callers and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Handle customer inquiries and assist with basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain call logs and records of conversations for reference.
- Assist in coordinating conference calls and internal communication.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Report any phone system issues to the IT or telecom team.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of telephone systems (PBX, VoIP).
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
- Customer service-oriented with a polite and professional approach.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.

**Education & Experience**:

- Any Graduate
- Prior experience in a telephone operator or receptionist role is an advantage.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
