**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. **Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned area.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals.

**2. **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.

**3. **Market Analysis and Strategy**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.
- Analyze sales data and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

**4. **Sales Team Support and Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and strategies

**5. **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.

**6. **Administrative Duties**:

- Manage budgets and expenses related to sales activities within the assigned area.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree
- **Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area as required.
- Achievement of sales targets and growth objectives.
