**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop structural models in **Revit** to **LOD 400** with a focus on constructability.
- Generate **construction documentation sheets** including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
- Work with BIM Coordinators and Engineers to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Annotate and tag elements accurately, and ensure all sheets are aligned with industry standards (e.g., AIA, NBS, project-specific).
- Collaborate with architects, MEP modelers, and other stakeholders for clash detection and model coordination.
- Participate in regular review meetings and respond to markups or redlines.
- Maintain model cleanliness and follow naming conventions, work sets, and templates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
