**Role: Revit Designer**
**Experience**: 2 to 3 Years
**Location**: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and produce accurate Revit models, drawings, and documentation for architectural, structural, or MEP projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to interpret design concepts and translate them into Revit-based documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
- Perform clash detection, resolve design conflicts, and update models based on feedback.
- Maintain and update BIM standards, libraries, and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Assist in coordinating with various stakeholders to streamline the design and construction process.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure deliverables meet client and project requirements.
- Stay updated with Revit advancements and best practices to enhance workflows and deliverables.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Revit design and modeling for architectural, structural, or MEP projects.
- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- **Software Proficiency**: Strong expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360. Knowledge of Navisworks and other BIM tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and project workflows.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and standards applicable to Indian and international projects.
