**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Model Creation**: Develop and manage detailed 3D architectural models using Autodesk Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- **Documentation**: Produce and maintain construction documents, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and schedules, directly from Revit models.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to integrate design changes and coordinate with other disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) within the BIM environment.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular reviews and audits of Revit models to ensure compliance with company standards, project requirements, and best practices.
- **Family Creation**: Develop and modify Revit families, including parametric components, to support the specific needs of projects.
- **Detailing**: Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D views as required for presentations, client reviews, and construction documentation.
- **Support**: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Revit-related issues to team members
- **File Management**: Organize and manage project files, ensuring that all Revit files are up-to-date and properly archived according to company protocols.
- **Training and Development**: Stay updated on the latest Revit features and BIM industry trends. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Revit Modeler in an architectural firm or similar environment.
- **Software Proficiency**: Proficient in Autodesk Revit. Experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, or other BIM-related software like BIM 360 is required.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes. Ability to create detailed and accurate models.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
