Koramangala Bengaluru Karnataka, India Shades of Spring Full time

This is a full-time Operations Executive role located on-site in Bengaluru at Shades of Spring. The Manager will be responsible for demand planning, supply and inventory management, procurement, and utilizing analytical skills to optimize the supply chain processes on a day-to-day basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Inventory Management: Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and ensure accurate inventory tracking.

2. Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company standards.

3. Logistics Management: Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.

4. Shrinkage Management: Develop and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage (loss of inventory) and ensure accurate inventory tracking.

5. Cost Optimization: Analyze and optimize supply chain costs, including inventory holding costs, transportation costs, and vendor costs.

6. Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

7. Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of logistics and inventory staff to ensure effective execution of supply chain operations.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry.

- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
