Job Description:
An Jr Operations Executive for an E-commerce Warehouse Central Team is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse. Their responsibilities may include:

- Overseeing shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warrgehouse and creating shipment schedules
- Monitoring Outbound, Inward, Returns and RTV Operations
- To work on the assignments and projects assigned by Ast Manager and Manager.
- Examining warehouse operations SOP being followed in all the warehouses.
- Overseeing teams and staff, assigning staff schedules, organizing employee training and developing teamwork initiatives
- Communicating with other teams for follow-ups on dependent tasks.
- Responsible for warehouse checklist, hygiene and cleanliness.

- Knowledge of e-commerce operations, warehouse management, and inventory control.

- A focus on customer service and the ability to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualification:

- Engineer/BBM/BSC, Min above 65% in 10th, 12th and Engineering.
- Very Good vocabulary in English and Hindi.
- Microsoft Excel (Very Good hold on excel usage).
- Experience of 0-2 years.
- Maintains a To-Do List.
