Real Estate Sales Executive

Identify and contact potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Conduct client meetings to understand needs and recommend suitable properties.
- Market residential or commercial properties for sale.
- Conduct property viewings and explain property features, pricing, and location benefits.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to close deals.
- Stay updated on market trends, prices, and competitor activities.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
- Prepare and review sales agreements and legal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all property laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with legal teams, financial institutions, and government offices as required.
- Create marketing materials (online listings, brochures, social media content).
- Organize open houses and property expos.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for advertising campaigns.
- Maintain a database of leads and update CRM systems.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to close deals.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Assist clients with post-sale procedures (registration, handover, payments).
- Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referral
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vesu Village, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
