Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Support**:

- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming to resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide product or service information, guidance on usage, and troubleshooting support when necessary.
- Process customer orders, returns, refunds, or exchanges as required.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Resolve customer issues or complaints by identifying the problem, offering solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor for further assistance.
- Handle difficult or irate customers with patience, professionalism, and a focus on finding a resolution.
- **Product and Service Knowledge**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Stay updated on new product launches, service changes, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Advise customers on product options and make recommendations based on their needs.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
- Encourage customer feedback and suggest improvements or enhancements to products and services based on customer input.
- Assist in promoting company offerings and upselling additional services or products where appropriate.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company’s CRM system.
- Document customer interactions, issues, resolutions, and feedback for future reference and reporting.
- Track and report common customer problems or concerns to help identify trends and improve service quality.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and technical support to resolve customer issues.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer concerns, potential product/service improvements, or common issues.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- **Service Level Adherence**:

- Meet or exceed customer service targets, including response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including data privacy, compliance, and service protocols.
- **Customer Retention**:

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after resolving issues or inquiries.
- Offer additional assistance or information when needed to maintain high levels of customer loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer retention through personalized support or special offers.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
