Commie 1 - Indian Cuisine is responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes, ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation. The role supports the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook Indian curries, gravies, breads, rice, and tandoor items.
- Assist in menu preparation and ensure timely service of all dishes.
- Maintain proper mise-en-place for the Indian section.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards as guided by senior chefs.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Train and support junior kitchen staff when required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Commi 1 or in a similar role within Indian cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, cooking methods, and regional dishes.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
