**Job Title**: Pre-Sales Executive (Night Shift - US Shift)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Call and follow up with leads provided by the company.
- Understand customer requirements and explain BrightChamps' offerings clearly.
- Schedule demo sessions for kids with our expert educators.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead conversion.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to persuade and build rapport quickly over calls.
- Graduation in any stream (preferred: BBA, BCom, BA, etc.).
- Prior experience in telesales/pre-sales/customer support is a plus.
- Willingness to work night shifts (US timing).
**Other Details**:
- **Work Mode**: Work from Office
- **Shift Timing**: 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST
- **Salary**: ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 per month (fixed)
- **Location**: Vasai (W) - 5 mins walking distance from Station
