**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Engagement**:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression as they enter the restaurant.
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations and tailored service to enhance their dining experience.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated throughout their visit.
- **Reservation Management**:
- Manage reservations and guest bookings efficiently using the restaurant’s reservation system, ensuring accuracy and prompt responses to inquiries.
- Handle special requests for seating arrangements, private dining, or specific requirements in advance.
- Maintain up-to-date reservation logs and guest preferences, ensuring efficient seating arrangements and smooth flow of service.
- **Guest Communication**:
- Act as the point of contact for guests before, during, and after their meal, addressing inquiries, confirming bookings, and offering assistance when necessary.
- Follow up with guests post-visit to ensure satisfaction and address any feedback or concerns.
- Communicate guest feedback to management, assisting in identifying areas for improvement.
- **Complaint Resolution**:
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, working quickly to resolve issues and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to address any problems related to food quality, service delays, or any other concerns.
- Ensure that any guest dissatisfaction is turned into a positive experience, always striving to exceed expectations.
- **Guest Experience Enhancement**:
- Monitor and observe guest interactions to ensure that the dining experience meets the restaurant's quality and service standards.
- Provide personalized touches such as greeting regular guests by name, remembering guest preferences, and ensuring special occasions (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries) are acknowledged.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure that food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requests are communicated and handled properly.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, encouraging return visits and loyalty to the restaurant.
- Maintain guest profiles to track preferences, special occasions, and specific requests, ensuring personalized service on each visit.
- Assist in implementing loyalty programs or VIP guest initiatives to enhance customer retention.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Assist with maintaining accurate guest records, booking schedules, and guest feedback documentation.
- Ensure that guest information is kept confidential and compliant with privacy regulations.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management regarding guest satisfaction and service improvements.
- **Collaboration with Front-of-House Team**:
- Work closely with servers, hosts, and managers to ensure smooth guest service operations and seamless guest experiences.
- Assist the restaurant manager in managing high-demand times, coordinating staff to ensure efficient service.
- Provide support for special events or private functions, ensuring the needs of guests are met during special occasions.
- **Promotions and Marketing**:
- Stay informed about any special promotions, events, or menu changes and effectively communicate this to guests.
- Assist in promoting the restaurant's offerings, events, or seasonal menu updates to increase guest engagement.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
