**Position**

The Fund is looking to add dynamic and passionate investment professional:
**Role**
- Conduct detailed sectoral research to identify emerging opportunities
- Identify, source, connect and evaluate early-stage global start ups
- Maintain relationships with different business units of L&T, VCs, advisors, and incubators to identify themes and source / diligence early-stage deals
- Conduct detailed due diligence to carve out investment thesis and prepare internal investment decks
- Assist and selectively lead deal negotiations
- Coordinate with internal & external legal teams to finalise term sheets, definitive documentation and closing investments
- Monitor portfolio performance & assist portfolio companies in strategic / operational roadmap and connecting with L&T and other VC ecosystem
- Manage portfolio exit related transactions

**Experience / Skill Sets**
- At least three to eight year of work experience in early stage VC, CVC, investment banking, consulting or corporate development
- Must have experience of closing/participating in few early stage deals
- MBA or equivalent degree from leading institutes with engineering background
- Has good network with other VC/CVC investors/start up ecosystem
- Proactive, diligent, analytical with a passion to understanding new technologies and early stage investments
- Excellent communication, presentation, writing and interpersonal skills
