Hiring "CA/MBA (Finance)" for the role of Investor Relations (AGM) for the location of Mumbai within 12 + Years experience.

Roles:
1) Enhance credibility of the companies, build trust with analyst/ investor community, drive better understanding of the company’s strategies/ goals/ competitive advantages amongst the investment community

2) Increase the investor base and research coverage of the company and play active role in increasing the market cap/ share price of the company which will make fund raising exercises much easier and favourable.

3) Gather market intelligence and insight that is regularly communicated to the management for decision making.

4) Convince analysts fraternity about the company’s growth story and pursue initiation of coverage, monitor and review analyst reports on the Company and its peers and highlight any key issues for discussion with management.

5) Preparation and coordination of earnings materials, press releases, earnings presentations, earnings transcripts and Q&A preparation, continuously update business overview, investor presentations, prepare conference and non-deal roadshow materials and Annual General Meetings presentations and probable list of Q&As.

6) Develop and maintain strong relationships of trust and respect with analysts and investors, respond to external requests for financial, business and strategic information in an accurate, appropriate and timely manner, Track and analyze sell-side financial models.

7) Assist corporate finance teams on fund raising proposals, preparation of corporate presentations, attending to credit rating queries, financial models and projections.
- 8) Closely work with the management, business, finance, accounts teams, to understand the company’s strategy, key market trends, product & service development and innovation, financial results, trends and underlying drivers of business performance.
