As a **Nutrition & Health Coach**, you will be responsible for guiding clients toward achieving their health and wellness goals through personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies. You will assess clients' dietary habits, create customized meal plans, provide expert guidance on balanced nutrition, and support overall well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth health and nutrition assessments to understand client needs, preferences, and goals.
- Design and implement personalized nutrition plans, meal recommendations, and supplementation strategies.
- Educate clients on the fundamentals of healthy eating, portion control, and sustainable lifestyle changes.
- Track client progress, provide ongoing support, and make necessary adjustments to meal and lifestyle plans.
- Collaborate with fitness coaches and healthcare professionals to create holistic health programs.
- Stay updated on the latest nutrition research, trends, and evidence-based practices.
- Provide guidance on mindful eating, stress management, and behavioral changes for long-term success.
- Ensure ethical and professional standards in all client interactions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Degree/Certification in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of macronutrients, micronutrients, and meal planning.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills to motivate and guide clients.
- Experience in working with diverse client needs, including weight management, muscle gain, and overall wellness.
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping individuals lead healthier lifestyles.

This role requires a results-driven approach, a client-focused mindset, and a commitment to empowering individuals to reach their full potential through nutrition and healthy habits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
