Currently, we are hiring for a Customer Support Executive, Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer calls and provide information about products and services, taking input of issues and their redressal thereof.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Ensuring that the team members adhere to the customer service guidelines and company policies.
- Coordinating the day-to-day activities of the department Processing customer refunds and exchanges

**Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a sales team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
