**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing & Business Development**:

- Develop and execute marketing plans to increase patient footfall.
- Identify and collaborate with doctors, hospitals, and referral partners to generate leads.
- Organize and promote IVF awareness camps and community outreach programs.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to enhance brand visibility.

**2. Digital & Social Media Marketing**:

- Manage Ankuram IVF’s social media presence and online reputation.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing.

**3. Branding & Public Relations**:

- Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials.
- Develop brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Represent Ankuram IVF at conferences, health camps, and public events.

**4. Patient Engagement & Lead Conversion**:

- Handle inquiries and guide patients about IVF treatments and services.
- Develop referral programs and partnerships to enhance lead generation.
- Work closely with the counseling and reception team to convert leads into patients.

**5. Reporting & Performance Analysis**:

- Track and analyze marketing performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Provide regular reports on patient footfall, referral growth, and campaign success.
- Implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Requirement**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in healthcare/IVF/hospital marketing preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of digital and offline marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects effectively.
- Knowledge of IVF or healthcare industry trends is a plus.
