**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve monthly sales, distribution, and collection targets in the assigned territory.
- Manage relationships with distributors, stockists, and retailers.
- Expand retail footprint by adding new outlets and ensuring product availability.
- Ensure visibility and placement of Proost Beer at POS (point of sale).
- Coordinate and execute trade promotions, schemes, and activations.
- Track competitor activities and provide insights for market strategy.
- Manage inventory, demand forecasting, and credit control with distributors.
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance, coverage, and execution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-4 years of sales experience, **strictly in the Alco-Bev / liquor domain**.
- **Prior experience in Jharkhand market (Dhanbad preferred).**:

- Strong knowledge of general/off-trade distribution and retail operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively in the region.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
