Job Summary:

We are hiring a proactive Marketing Executive to support market expansion, customer engagement, branding, and lead generation for our aluminum die-cast components business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research specific to automotive and die-casting requirements.
  • Generate new leads through market visits, phone outreach, and industry networking.
  • Promote Aldica's die-cast products to OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and engineering companies.
  • Assist in creating brochures, presentations, and marketing content for customers.
  • Manage company social media pages and support digital campaigns.
  • Prepare MIS reports, customer visit reports, and lead-tracking sheets.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, Engineering, and Quality teams for customer needs.
  • Support customer follow-ups for samples, quotations, and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / PG in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in marketing (automotive or engineering preferred).
  • Freshers with strong interest in marketing & automotive manufacturing may be considered.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of automotive components or die-casting (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing skills.
