**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a proactive Marketing Executive to support market expansion, customer engagement, branding, and lead generation for our aluminum die-cast components business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research specific to automotive and die-casting requirements.
- Generate new leads through market visits, phone outreach, and industry networking.
- Promote Aldica’s die-cast products to OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and engineering companies.
- Assist in creating brochures, presentations, and marketing content for customers.
- Manage company social media pages and support digital campaigns.
- Prepare MIS reports, customer visit reports, and lead-tracking sheets.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Engineering, and Quality teams for customer needs.
- Support customer follow-ups for samples, quotations, and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate / PG in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in marketing (automotive or engineering preferred).
- Freshers with strong interest in marketing & automotive manufacturing may be considered.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of automotive components or die-casting (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
