**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute **preventive and corrective maintenance** of HVAC and mechanical equipment including chillers, AHUs, PAC units, pumps, cooling towers, VRF/VRV systems, etc.
- Monitor and ensure **optimal temperature, humidity, and air quality** as per data center standards.
- Maintain **uptime and reliability** of HVAC systems to meet SLA commitments.
- Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Carry out routine **system inspections, calibrations, and testing** of HVAC controls.
- Maintain service logs, checklists, and generate reports as per AMC requirements.
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for specialized maintenance and spare parts.
- Support energy efficiency initiatives and implement best practices in O&M.
- Ensure **compliance with safety protocols, SOPs, and data center policies** during maintenance activities.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely resolution.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **HVAC systems** (chillers, PAC, AHU, CRAC, pumps, cooling towers, VRF).
- Familiar with **data center environmental standards (ASHRAE, uptime requirements, etc.)**.
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical/HVAC issues.
- Proficiency in **maintenance scheduling, reporting, and documentation**.
- Knowledge of **energy efficiency practices** in HVAC operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills for vendor/client interaction.
- Strong adherence to **safety and compliance norms**.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
- 4-8 years of experience in **HVAC O&M**, preferably in **data centers or critical facilities**.
- Experience in handling AMC contracts and client interaction will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with **BMS systems** for monitoring HVAC performance preferred.
