Lead AMC vendors, review daily performance dashboards, and track fault resolution.Revenue Model: Identify cost savings in AMC negotiations and power usage by optimizing mechanical loads. Explore grey water recycling, STP utilization, and fire tank optimization as value additions.QualificationsEducation Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or ArchitectureWork Experience(Range of years):15+ Years
