Ocean Grills is an upcoming food truck specializing in seafood grills and fries, inspired by coastal flavors. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef/Cook to lead the kitchen operations and help us deliver high-quality, delicious food to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of seafood grills, fries, and other menu items.
- Develop and refine recipes for masalas, marinades, and seasonings to enhance flavors.
- Ensure food is prepared with the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
- Collaborate on menu development, introducing new and innovative dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space in the food truck.
- Monitor food costs and portion control to minimize waste.
- Assist with training kitchen helpers or assistants.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook, preferably with expertise in seafood preparation.
- Strong knowledge of seafood grilling, frying, and seasoning techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a small, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Creativity in crafting unique and flavorful dishes.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Passionate about cooking and delivering exceptional food experiences.
