**Job Title**: US Timesheet -Management Trainee

**Location**: Indore(Onsite)

**Shift Timing**: Night Shift (US Shift - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
**Employment Type**: Full-time, Onsite

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Track and monitor timesheet submissions of US consultants on a weekly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of time entries and ensure data integrity.
- Escalate any discrepancies or delays to the appropriate account managers or payroll teams.
- Support payroll processing by providing validated time data to the finance team.
- Assist in generating timesheet compliance reports as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments like HR, recruitment, and finance to resolve timesheet-related queries.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English).
- Basic understanding of finance, accounting, or payroll processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and other office tools.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Comfortable with night shift timings and working in a US-based environment.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA in Finance or HR (preferred but not mandatory).
