**✨ What We’re Looking For**

**MBA Finance Pursuing/Completed, CA/CMA Semi-Qualified, B.Com/M.Com**
✔ Strong understanding of accounting principles
✔ Ability to work independently and in a team
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare & analyze financial statements (P&L, BS, Cash Flow)
- Record financial transactions accurately
- Bank & general ledger reconciliation
- Assist in tax return preparation
- Maintain accounting records
- Support month-end/year-end closing
- Prepare financial reports
- Assist with budgeting & forecasting
- Ensure data accuracy & compliance
- Support internal & external audits
