Job Description The Fresher US IT Recruiter will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various Information Technology (IT) roles across the United States. This position requires working during US business hours (Night Shift in India) and is focused on building foundational skills in sourcing, screening, and candidate management. Required Skills and Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any stream (BBA, MBA in HR, B.Tech/B.E., or related field preferred). - Shift Timings:Must be willing to work in the Night Shift (US time zone), typically between 7:00 PM IST to 4:00 AM IST. - Communication: - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (neutral accent preferred) to interact with US-based candidates and clients. - Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates. - Technical Aptitude: - Keen interest in learning about Information Technology roles, terminology, and the US IT staffing industry. - Soft Skills: - Highly energetic, self-motivated, and a target-driven attitude. - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a strong ability to multitask. - A quick learner with a strong desire for professional growth.
