You’ll be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across US State and Federal clients, ensuring top-quality delivery and a seamless candidate experience. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers. - Work on a mix of IT and non-IT roles across various domains. - Partner closely with the Account Managers and hiring teams to understand job needs and deliver with speed and precision. - Source candidates through multiple channels — job boards, networking, referrals, and creative search techniques. - Maintain and update candidate records, ensuring compliance and accuracy. - Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets (because that’s how we roll). What We’re Looking For - Minimum 2 years of experience in US recruitment (mandatory). - Proven track record of hiring for State or Federal clients. - Hands-on experience working on IT and non-IT positions. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Flexibility to work onsite in Indore during US night shift hours.
