We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented **Sales and Marketing Executives** to join our team. Whether you’re a fresher eager to kick-start your career or someone with a bit of experience, this is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a rapidly expanding industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new leads through various online and offline channels
- Promote and pitch our website development and digital marketing services to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the internal team to create customized marketing solutions
- Maintain sales reports and update CRM tools

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and website development (training will be provided)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet research
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings (if needed)

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or any relevant field
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
