**Job Title**: Accounts Executive

**Reports To**: Accounts Manager / Finance Manager

**Location**: Odakali, Perumbavoor

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:Financial Management**
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements.
- Handle daily bookkeeping tasks and journal entries.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

**Invoicing and Billing**
- Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Track payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Address client billing inquiries and discrepancies.

**Compliance and Reporting**
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.
- Assist in preparing documents for audits and tax filings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

**Budgeting and Forecasting**
- Support in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze variances between actual and budgeted performance.
- Provide recommendations for cost control and efficiency improvements.

**Collaboration and Communication**
- Liaise with internal departments to provide financial insights.
- Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Present financial reports and updates to management as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills:Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or finance (entry-level or mid-level, depending on the role).
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent (optional but preferred).

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP).
- Strong Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
- Reduction in overdue receivables and payable cycles.
- Compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
- Improvement in budget forecasting accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
