We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Personal/Executive to the Managing Director in overseeing the overall operations of our food company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including accounts, staff supervision, and ensuring the smooth operation of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Supervision:

  • Supervise and manage all staff members, including production, quality control, and administrative staff.

  • Ensure that all staff members are aware of and comply with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Financial Monitoring:

  • Track financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including production planning, quality control, and logistics.

  • Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and are delivered to customers on time.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Identify and mitigate risks to the company's operations, finances, and reputation.
