Track data from customs or agencies for Export marketing
- Responsible to implement mission 333 As per plan & onboard maximum number of distributors
- Analyse the distributor using 4I method
- Should have a thorough knowledge in frozen food exporting and business strategies
- Should prepare a sales forecasting sheet at the beginning of the year for purchase planing
- Accountable to ensure the induction, on job training & follow practical training methodologies to new joiners on sales department.
- Identify the seasonal or non-moving products to Plan for the seasonal or monthly schemes.
- Lead the team to prepare proper plans for the BTL activities.
- Oversee the ageing report to prepare and execute the action plan to liquidate the stock.
- Accountable to evaluate the reports and lead the team to achieve the company goal to develop "individual profit centres"
- Responsible to conduct the sales review meeting, pricing meeting, Core committee meeting
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to complete all works within TAT
- Target achievement and review meetings
**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,487,331.19 per year
