**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Audit Support**:

- Assist in the preparation and execution of audits, including vouching, verification of financial statements, and documentation.
- Help in drafting audit reports and communicating findings to the senior management.
- **Accounting**:

- Maintain and update accounting records, including journals, ledgers, and trial balances.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly/quarterly reports.
- **Taxation**:

- Support the preparation and filing of Income Tax, GST, and other statutory returns.
- Assist in tax audits and assessments.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of various regulatory filings.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Conduct financial analysis and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Support in the preparation of MIS reports and financial dashboards.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Assist in handling client queries related to audits, taxation, and accounting.
- Participate in client meetings and discussions, as required.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- CA Inter cleared or IPCC Group I/II cleared.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- **Experience**:

- No prior work experience required, though any relevant internship experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of auditing, accounting, and taxation gained through academic studies or prior exposure.
