- CA Fresher CA Manager - Accounts Outsourcing Department Company ATMS CO LLP Location Thane Wagle Estate Department Accounts Outsourcing Position CA Manager Experience Fresher Qualified Chartered Accountant About ATMS CO LLP ATMS CO LLP is a growing professional services firm offering Accounting Tax Audit and Advisory services to clients across diverse industries With a strong focus on accuracy integrity and client service we aim to nurture talented professionals and provide them with opportunities to grow in a dynamic environment Role Overview We are looking for a CA Fresher to join our Accounts Outsourcing Department as a CA Manager The role involves end-to-end accounting MIS preparation client coordination and ensuring accurate financial reporting for domestic and international clients This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified CA to gain holistic exposure to outsourced finance and accounting functions Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting for multiple clients across sectors Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in Tally Zoho QuickBooks or other accounting platforms Handle Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable including ledger scrutiny and vendor customer reconciliations Prepare Monthly Quarterly MIS reports financial summaries and management dashboards Assist in preparation of Financial Statements including Balance Sheet and Profit Loss statements Perform bank reconciliations inter-company reconciliations and periodic closing activities Coordinate with clients for data documentation schedules and clarifications Support statutory requirements including GST filings TDS compliance and audit coordination Ensure compliance with internal accounting standards SOPs and deadlines Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within client accounting workflows Skills Competencies Strong understanding of Accounting Standards and bookkeeping fundamentals Proficiency in Tally MS Excel and willingness to learn cloud accounting tools Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Good communication and client-handling skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines High degree of professionalism responsibility and integrity Qualification Qualified Chartered Accountant CA - Fresher Articleship experience in Accounts Finance Outsourcing preferred but not mandatory Interested Applicants can sent resume on talent atmsco in or can WhatsApp on 7700067147 Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 000 00 - 9 000 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund
