About ATMS CO LLP ATMS CO LLP is a growing professional services firm committed to delivering high-quality tax audit and advisory solutions We emphasize technical excellence integrity and client-centric service We are looking for a driven CA Fresher to join our Direct Tax team and build a strong long-term career with us Role Overview The CA Manager - Direct Tax will be responsible for supporting the Direct Tax team in handling compliance advisory and assessments This role is ideal for a motivated CA Fresher seeking in-depth exposure in Direct Taxation and long-term growth within the firm Key Responsibilities Assist in preparation review and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals HUFs firms companies and other entities Support in Tax Audit activities preparation of Form 3CD and related documentation Work on TDS TCS compliance including reviewing workings and ensuring timely return filing Prepare tax computations including advance tax workings and deferred tax calculations Assist in preparing responses to Income Tax notices scrutiny assessments and departmental correspondence Conduct research on Direct Tax matters amendments and case laws to support advisory assignments Prepare working papers maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes Coordinate with clients for data collection clarifications and query resolution Stay updated with changes in the Income Tax Act Rules Notifications and Circulars Skills Competencies Strong conceptual understanding of Direct Tax laws Good analytical and problem-solving ability Proficiency in MS Excel Word and tax software training can be provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage tasks prioritize and meet deadlines High ethical standards confidentiality and professionalism Qualification Qualified Chartered Accountant CA - Fresher Articleship experience in Direct Tax will be an advantage Interested Candidate can sent Resume on talent atmsco in or can WhatsApp on 7700067147 Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 000 00 - 90 000 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund
