
Distribution Sales Executive

**1. Sales Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual distribution targets.
- Plan and execute trade promotions, schemes, and marketing initiatives in coordination with marketing teams.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer preferences and competitor activities.
**2. Distribution Channel Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **distributors, stockists, and super stockists**.
- Appoint new channel partners in untapped or underperforming territories.
- Ensure efficient order-to-delivery cycles, inventory turnover, and credit control.
**3. Territory Development**
- Expand coverage in general trade, modern trade, and institutional segments.
- Enhance retail penetration and product visibility through effective merchandising and on-the-ground execution.
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks.
**4. Team Leadership**
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of territory sales executives/officers.
- Set clear KPIs and performance goals for the sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and field coaching sessions.
**5. Reporting & Analytics**
- Track and report on sales performance, channel-wise achievements, and market trends.
- Maintain distributor claims, stock levels, and secondary sales reports.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to management.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
