Job Title: Pharmaceutical Sales and Distribution Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to drive the growth of our pharmaceutical and surgical products.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies, fostering strong relationships with manufacturers and stakeholders, and leading teams to achieve business targets.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to scale up the distribution of pharmaceutical and surgical products.
  • Negotiate partnerships with 50-100 bedded hospitals for specialty and surgical products.
  • Foster strong relationships with manufacturers and existing stakeholders to enhance business growth.

The successful candidate will be a results-driven professional with excellent analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and leadership qualities. They should also possess technical expertise in various distribution software and a deep understanding of the pharma/surgical industry.

To succeed in this role, the candidate will need to demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
