**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive **SEO Associate** to help improve our website’s search visibility and organic traffic. The role involves keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, performance tracking, and collaborating with teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital content.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Keyword Research**
- Identify and analyze intent-based keywords across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU funnels for US and India markets. 
- Regularly update keyword sheets for product pages, blogs, and campaign landing pages. 

**2. On-Page SEO**
- Optimize meta tags, H1-H6, internal linking, and schema markup across service and product pages. 
- Suggest on-page improvements for newly published or underperforming pages.

**3. Content SEO Collaboration**
- Work with content writers to ensure SEO best practices in blogs, product pages, and marketing campaigns. 
- Provide briefs that include keywords, internal link targets, and content structure. 

**4. Technical SEO Audits**
- Assist in crawling & indexing checks using tools like Screaming Frog, Search Console, etc. 
- Identify issues like crawl errors, broken links, redirect chains, and core web vitals improvements. 

**5. Link Building (Off-Page SEO)**
- Research backlink opportunities via guest posts, citations, partnerships, etc. 
- Monitor backlink profile health and disavow toxic links when needed. 

**6. Analytics & Reporting**
- Track keyword rankings, traffic growth, and SEO KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs. 
- Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports with insights. 

**7. Competitor & SERP Analysis**
- Analyze competitor SEO strategies and suggest improvements keyword gaps. 
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and recommend adjustments accordingly. 

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, or related field. 
- Strong understanding of **SEO fundamentals** - on-page, off-page, technical. 
- Proficiency in **Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush** & Screaming Frog. 
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (for SEO-related troubleshooting). 
- Experience with **WordPress/Content Management Systems**. 
- Good command over **Excel/Google Sheets** for keyword planning and reporting. 
- Familiarity with **B2B SaaS or loyalty program domain** is a plus. 
- Strong analytical thinking and detail oriented. 
- Good communication skills - especially for cross-functional collaboration with content, dev, and marketing teams.
