Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled SEO Associate to join our team in Gurgaon This full-time junior-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of work experience The SEO Associate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our online presence and enhancing our clients digital visibility The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SEO tactics and strategies while actively contributing to our goal of delivering optimal results for our clients Qualifications and Skills Proven experience with link building and keyword research Mandatory skill to effectively enhance online presence and search engine rankings Demonstrated expertise in local SEO techniques to improve search visibility and reach within specific geographic areas Strong ability to conduct content auditing to ensure all existing content aligns with SEO best practices and optimizes search performance Experience conducting backlink analysis to assess quality and improve the strength of inbound links in relation to SEO goals Proficiency in conducting comprehensive site audits to identify and rectify technical SEO issues for improved website performance Expertise in off-page SEO strategies including link building social media engagement and influencer outreach to enhance site authority In-depth knowledge of on-page SEO including meta tags optimization content quality assessment and keyword placement for superior search results Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail and superb analytical skills Roles and Responsibilities Implement effective link building strategies to increase the authority and visibility of client websites in search engine rankings Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and optimize them across client sites for targeted traffic gains Perform regular audits of web content to ensure ongoing compliance with current SEO best practices and client requirements Analyze backlink profiles identifying opportunities for improvements and managing toxic links to support site credibility Execute comprehensive site audits to systematically improve technical aspects of the website such as load speed and mobile optimization Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies to strengthen site reputation and augment organic reach Optimize on-page elements including titles meta descriptions headers and content to ensure comprehensive SEO alignment Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO efforts with overall digital marketing strategies and objectives
