
Exhibition Sales Executive

**About the Role**:
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven **Exhibition Sales Executive** to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people over calls and managing the sales process end-to-end. The work will involve **65% calling and client outreach** and **35% back-end coordination and follow-up tasks**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential exhibitors to pitch exhibition opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Understand client requirements, share detailed information about the exhibition, and handle queries.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales conversions in CRM.
- Follow up with clients for contracts, payments, and stall allocations.
- Coordinate with the operations team for stall design, branding, and client requirements.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager.
**Skills and Requirement**:
- Minimum 2 Years - 3 years of experience in tele sales / B2B sales / exhibition sales preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident and persuasive over phone calls.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
