Work Dynamics

What this job involves

Supporting the Workplace manager/lead in overseeing daily site services. Communication with vendors and accelerating issues as necessary. Ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee daily café operations at the site
Ensure the vendor compliance is adhered as per client requirement
Ensure all invoices are cleared on time
- Manage day-to-day Facility operations
- Ensure timely food availability on all counters
- Ensure quality/quantity served as per mutually agreed terms.
- Ensure all checklists are followed for all quality and quantity.
- Manage and ensure adhoc food requirements as per internal/external client requirements.
- Ensure food festivals / Pop-ups are planned and conducted as per schedule.
- Ensure all communications to Group
- Ensure Menu and popup/festival details are displayed in TVs at Café.
- Ensure reports are stored and retrieved as and when required.
- Ensure all Café incidents are recorded, and proper RCA is provided.
- Ensure business continuity café services during any untoward incident.
- Ensure beverage machines are working properly with sufficient stock availability.
- Ensure beverages machines breakdowns are managed appropriately
- Ensure good rapport is maintained with all café-related vendors.

Putting best practices in place

Do you like sharing ideas to improve the work process? As our Food and Beverage Manager you’ll contribute to the creation of facilities service delivery standards. You’ll also help in the planning, implementation and review of site-specific processes and protocols.

Teamwork should also be one of your strongest points, as you’ll work with a team to ensure that all performance targets set out in the contract are being met. To do this, you’ll develop tools that help measure the technical team’s performance on a quarterly or annual basis.
