As a Recruiter, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy for roles.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence related to Information technology talent acquisition, and provide recommendations to optimize recruitment strategies.
**Skills & Experience**:
**You’ll need to demonstrate**:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the Non-IT roles.
- In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
- Strong understanding of the Non IT roles, skills, and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Professional certifications in HR or talent acquisition are a plus.
