**1**

**Run the customer network IT infrastructure in a stable, secure, supported environment that minimizes technical and operational risk. Maintain high uptime and high degree of service availability for core services.**

**2**

**Adhere to the ITIL process and procedure for managing the customer network with respective to the defined sites and services.
**3**

**Follow the change management pol icies, organization CERT measure plans and InfoSec standards.**

**4.**

**Up-to-date documentations of network services including the Major incidents, RCAs, CMDB, Inventory, KEDBs and network diagrams**

**5.**

**Flexible and ability to work and support team in 24x7 environment**

**6.**

**Must take proactive lead and engage with customer on daily basis and provide help wherever required.**
