**Office Management**: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring it runs smoothly.
- **Scheduling and Calendar Management**: Organizing and maintaining appointments, meetings, and events for executives or the team.
- **Document Management**: Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents. Ensuring that the right documents are readily accessible and properly filed.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- **Expense Management**: Handling office budgets, processing invoices, managing expenses, and ensuring timely payments for office supplies, services, and other expenses.
- **Inventory Management**: Keeping track of office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything is stocked and ordering items when necessary.
- **Support for Senior Management**: Assisting senior management with administrative tasks like reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
- **Event Coordination**: Organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences, including logístical support.
- **HR Support**: Assisting with recruitment, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and managing leave requests.
- **Compliance and Office Policies**: Ensuring that office operations comply with internal policies and regulations, including safety and security protocols.
- **General Assistance**: Providing administrative support to other teams or departments as needed.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
