
CRM Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update customer databases using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.).
2. Manage end-to-end inventory data, ensuring accuracy and availability of records of real estate projects.
3. Efficiently track, organize, and follow up on leads using CRM software.
4. Assist the sales team with backend support, including documentation, scheduling site visits, and lead assignments.
5. Ensure proper documentation and workflow for client interactions, bookings, and transactions.
6. Generate and present timely reports on leads, inventory, and sales progress.
7. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align CRM data with campaign performance.
8. CRM Software Experience (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or any real estate CRM) is a must.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel.
- Prior experience in CRM operations in a real estate environment is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
