**Role: International Telesales Expert**

**Shift Timing - 03:30 am (IST) to 12:30 pm (IST)**

**Job Brief**:
As a telemarketing expert you will be required to generate qualified appointments for our sales team through cold calling in a fast-paced sales environment. As a telemarketer you must be friendly,persuasive, patient and cool-tempered to deal with rejections and rebuttals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cold call prospects using google, yellow pages or lead list to set legitimate appointments.
- Provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
- Persuade the customer to meet our business expert for further presentation.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all day-to-day calls via CRM.
- Rescheduling appointments, meetings, and calls as per the customer’s requests.
- Upsells customers to larger products or higher priced services.
- Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up for appointments.

**Profile Prerequisites**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- 1+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent sales and cold calling skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer control skills.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM’s and sales pipeline.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- Incentive driven and target oriented.
- Advanced organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- International Telesales Experience (required)
