Sales/marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and follow up on leads to acquire new clients in the construction and infrastructure segment
- Promote and sell scaffolding materials, anchor fasteners, nuts & bolts, and other construction-related hardware
- Visit project sites, construction companies, and interior contractors regularly to pitch products
- Handle inquiries, send quotations, and negotiate prices with customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support
- Prepare and submit daily field reports to management
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities in the building materials sector
- Minimum **3-4 years of experience** in **sales and marketing** in a **building materials company**:

- Strong knowledge of **iron, steel, scaffolding, nuts & bolts, anchor fasteners**, and **civil/interior materials**:

- Must have worked in **construction, infrastructure, or interior-related sales**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the city for fieldwork
- **Owning a two-wheeler (bike)** is a strong **added advantage**
