We are seeking a **dynamic and driven IT Sales & Marketing Executive** to promote and sell our software product & services. This individual will be responsible for developing local market strategies, generating leads, converting prospects, and building long-term relationships with customers across industries.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Sales & Lead Generation**:
- Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, field visits, digital outreach, and networking
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients
- Convert leads into active customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
**Market Analysis & Strategy**:
- Conduct competitive and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs
- Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for local regions
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Gather client feedback and relay it to the product and support teams
**Marketing & Branding**:
- Participate in trade shows, tech events, and exhibitions to showcase the product
**Reporting & Coordination**:
- Maintain detailed records of marketing and sales activity using CRM tools
- Provide regular updates on targets, performance metrics, and market feedback to the management
**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in software product & servicing sales or marketing.
- Good understanding of local market dynamics in India
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with both digital and on-ground marketing approaches
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with IT related work is a plus
- Willingness to travel locally as needed
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
