Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and clients.
  • Explain company services (Web Development, CRM, Digital Marketing, AI Automation, Training Programs).
  • Follow up on inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, or email.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM (training provided).
  • Meet weekly and monthly lead conversion targets.
  • Schedule demos or meetings with the technical team.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication in Hindi / English / Bengali.
  • Confident and persuasive phone manner.
  • Basic computer and WhatsApp/CRM usage.
  • Prior experience in telecalling / sales / lead generation preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication are also welcome
