**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and conceptualize original fashion designs for seasonal collections, ensuring alignment with brand identity and target market.
- Research and analyze fashion trends, fabrics, and materials to inform design choices.
- Create detailed sketches, mood boards, and technical specifications for each design.
- Collaborate closely with product development and merchandising teams to refine designs and ensure feasibility.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in fittings and adjustments, ensuring the final product aligns with the original vision.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional materials to showcase new collections.
- Technical Skills
- **Fashion Illustration**: Ability to sketch and illustrate designs effectively.

Creative Skills
- **Trend Analysis**: Ability to identify and predict fashion trends.
- **Color Theory**: Understanding color combinations and their impact on design.
- **Textile Knowledge**: Familiarity with various fabrics and their properties.
- **Concept Development**: Skills in brainstorming and developing innovative design concepts.

- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written skills for collaboration and presentations.
- **Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively within a team, including marketing and production.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- **Adobe Creative Suite**: Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- **3D Design Software**: Familiarity with programs like Clo3D or CAD for garment visualization.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
